Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the Platinum Jubilee 50p coin is that it features a unique reverse design, created by sculptor and designer John Bergdahl, which depicts a platinum-colored effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, surrounded by a pattern of platinum-colored flowers and leaves. This design was specifically created to commemorate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, which marks 75 years since her accession to the throne.
