This crown-sized dollar coin commemorates the 50th anniversary of New Zealand currency with depictions from left to right of pre-decimal coins, half crown, florin, shilling, threepence, sixpence and decimal coins 2 cents, 10 cents, 20 cents and 50 cents.The coin was issued in the usual square plastic Jewel Case. (40,000 Copies)
It was also included in the annual 7 coin Uncirculated Mint Set. (25,000 Copies)
