Interesting fact

The Trojak koronny was a silver coin minted in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth during the reign of King Stefan Batory (1576-1586). It was equivalent to three korony, hence its name "Trojak koronny". The coin was minted in Olkusz, a city in southern Poland, and features an image of King Batory on one side and the Polish eagle on the other. The coin was used as a means of payment throughout the Commonwealth and was valued at 30 groszy, which was a significant amount at the time. It's interesting to note that the Trojak koronny was minted during a time of great change in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
