Interesting fact
The Trojak koronny was a silver coin minted in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth during the reign of King Stefan Batory (1576-1586). It was equivalent to three Polish crowns, hence its name "Trojak" which means "three" in Polish. The coin was minted in Olkusz, a city in southern Poland, and features an image of King Batory on one side and the Polish coat of arms on the other. The coin was used as a means of payment throughout the Commonwealth and was valued at 30 groszy, which was a significant amount at the time. I hope you find this information helpful!
