Small obverse legend variants exist.

In the third period (1536-1540), Frederick II was Duke of Mantua also Marquess of Montferrat.

The quattrino with OLYMPOS was struck in all three periods of Frederick's reign.  A careful reading of the obverse legend is required to determine the period to which the coin belongs.
