Half-Esterlin very rare, struck at the workshop of Marche towards the end of the reign of Jean the Blind (after 1344).The right corner is identical to the L# 96 - Weiller# 88 (link below)
No variant and in general very few known pieces. Weiller lists 11 pieces that all come from the treasure B.199 discovered in 1868 in York.
