Interesting fact
The Christian IV ND gold coin from Denmark, which was minted between 1588 and 1648, features an error in the inscription on the reverse side. The Latin phrase "REGNANTES DOMINO" (meaning "ruling by the Lord") was mistakenly engraved as "REGNANTES DOMINOE" (with the added "E" at the end). This error has become a distinctive feature of the coin and is now highly sought after by collectors.
