Interesting fact

The Denier pruski coin was used during the reign of Sigismund I the Old, who was the King of Poland from 1506 to 1548. During his reign, Sigismund I introduced a new currency system, which included the Denier pruski coin, to replace the old system that was based on the Lithuanian groat. The Denier pruski was made of silver and was equivalent to 1/24 of a Polish gulden. It was used throughout the Kingdom of Poland and was an important part of the country's economy during that time.
