Interesting fact

One interesting fact about the Demi-Gros coin from County of Luxembourg is that it was minted during the reign of Henri VII, who was the first count of Luxembourg to issue coins in his own name. This coin, made of silver and weighing 1.8 grams, features an image of Henri VII on one side and a cross on the other. It was used as a means of payment and exchange during his rule from 1296 to 1309.
