Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the Platinum Jubilee 50p coin is that it features a unique design that commemorates Queen Elizabeth II's 75th anniversary on the throne. The coin's reverse side features a crowned effigy of the Queen, surrounded by a wreath of platinum oak leaves, with the inscription "PLATINUM JUBILEE" above and the date "2022" below. This design is not found on any other coin in the series, making it a distinctive and special collector's item for numismatists and royalty enthusiasts.
