Comment

Real palmtree is the national tree of Cuba, it shows at the coat of arms, and also is included in the Intur logo. This tree is very common at Cuba, reaching 25/30 meters high, and even 40 m, with leaves about 6 meters long. Easily indentified by the shape of the trunk, bulged below top, and a long vertical button on top

Interesting fact

The 50 Centavos coin from Cuba features a unique design, with a portrait of a young girl on the obverse (front side) and a stylized image of a sugarcane plant on the reverse (back side).
