This coin is a Piedfort, means to be a pattern minted on a double thickness planchet, but using the dies of the final version. therefore, weight engraved is not matching real weight of the coin.  Design is the same as on KM# 405 (see link below).
Apatosaurus was a genus of herbivorous that lived about 152 to 151 million years ago, was very big and heavy, esteemed average 21 to 23 meters long, and mass 16 to 22 tons.
Name from Greek means deceptive lizard, as neck and tail were too long, and at first glance would not be obvious which was the front of the animal.
