Comment
An intense portrait of Gabriele D’Annunzio, the Vittoria alata (Winged Victory) that adorns the prow of the Nave Puglia of the Vittoriale and his most famous aphorism “Io ho quel che ho donato” (I’ve got what I’ve given) written on the fountain at the entrance of the evocative manor on lake Garda: these are the figurative elements decorating the coin dedicated to the great Poet, absolute protagonist of the Italian and European Decadent movement.Interesting fact
