Interesting fact
The 4 Mark Dansk coin from Denmark, minted during the reign of Christian V in 1677, features an error in the inscription on the reverse side. The Latin phrase "NORBEGIÆ REX" (King of Norway) is misspelled as "NORBEGIÆ REX." instead of the correct "NORBEGIÆ REX." This error has made the coin highly sought after by collectors, and it is considered a rare and valuable piece of numismatic history.
