Date of issue: 01 JUL 2008The Assumption Church (Admiralty's) built in the XVIIth century in the City of Voronezh is the only one monument in Russia survived from the times of Peter the Great linked to the foundation of the Russian Fleet, which was started with the erection of the ship yard on the Voronezh River. The Belfry and Refectory were built in the XIXth century.

The Assumption Church, depicted on the coin, is a historic church in Moscow's Kremlin district that was built in the 14th century. It's known for its stunning architecture and has played a significant role in Russian history, serving as the coronation site for many Russian tsars and the burial place of several prominent Russians.
