Comment
The coins of this series have been produced by the “Lisbon Mint House” in the Summer of 1755 and stored at the "India House" in October.They were ready to follow to Mozambique when, at the 01NOV1755, a terrible earthquake followed of a fire and a sunami destroyed the city of Lisbon.
The “India House”, next to the port, was also destroyed. Partially, they have been partially saved and sent to Mozambique.
Interesting fact
