At the center there is a depiction of Severyn Nalyvayko on a horse with a sword at his right hand and a torch at his left. Underneath and at the right, there are figures of armed insurgent people. At the left mat segment there is an inscription СЕВЕРИН НАЛИВАЙКО (Severyn Nalyvayko) between the external edge and the beads semicircle. At the right mat segment there is a two line inscription 1594-1596 - years of uprising under Severyn Nalyvayko's leadership.
