Dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Ukrainian state and political figure, military leader, Hetman of Ukraine (1918). After coming to power, Pavlo Skoropadskyi, a descendant of the ancient Cossack family, paid great attention to solving the economic and financial problems of the state, introduced land reforms, built up the armed forces of the Ukrainian State, and also made significant achievements in the field of national and cultural policy - he contributed to the creation of a number of national state scientific and cultural and educational institutions. In less than eight months, the government of Hetman Pavel Skoropadsky managed to create a national economy and finances.
