The coin is dedicated to the 120th anniversary of Heorhii Narbut's birth (1886-1920), who was a prominent painter, coryphaeus of the Ukrainian graphic arts. He became one of the founders of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts and later on its president. Narbut made sketches of the Ukrainian banknotes in the time of the Ukrainian People's Republic (UPR) and developed a set of the national symbols.Interesting fact
