Comment
This coin is a Piedfort, so is minted on a double thickness planchet, but using the final dies, so weight engraved is not matching real weight of the coin. This piedfort was a trial strike for the final version of 200 Pesos, gold 0.900, and were tested 4 different variations: finishing as BU, Proof, Double Proof (different on each image), and with a polished bar separating the images, see comments in years). Krause only listed all in the same KM#.
Simon Bolivar and Jose Marti, are two extremely important figures in the american nations' independence process.
