The reverse image is part from the Eugene Delacroix painting "Liberty guiding the People" very big painting (260 x 325cm) actually situated at the Louvre Museum.
Delacroix created this painting after the "July Revolution", occurred on July 1830, but many people attributed to 1789 Revolution, and now is one symbol of that event.
