Interesting fact
The 10 Pesos (First Joint Space Flight) 1980 coin from Cuba is interesting because it commemorates the first joint space flight between the Soviet Union and Cuba, which took place in 1975. The coin features an image of the two spacecraft, Soyuz 19 and Apollo 18, docked together in space, surrounded by the words "Primer Vuelo Espacial Conjunto" (First Joint Space Flight) and "Cuba-URSS" (Cuba-USSR). This coin is a unique piece of space history and a great addition to any space-themed coin collection.
