Known as a Florin Karolus d'argent (French) or Zilveren Karolusgulden (Dutch). The earlier type is most easily discerned by the different shield/arms (see link).

Interesting fact

One interesting fact about the 1 Silver Gulden "Karolus" - Charles V (Late type) ND (1552-1556) coin is that it features an image of Charles V, the Holy Roman Emperor, on one side, and a crowned shield with the coat of arms of the Duchy of Brabant on the other.
