Very similar to circulation issue, with a different effigy of the Queen. As stated in a listing by Baldwins: “reverse right top bulb has thick lips and two extra lines engraved into the bulb, the design of the inside of the flower is more strongly engraved, and there is the die cut on the top left leaf” (in reference to the Queen's dress).
