Interesting fact
The coin features an image of Frederick Ulrich, the ruler of the principality, on one side, and a crowned shield with the coat of arms of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel on the other. The coin was minted in 1618-1619, during Frederick Ulrich's reign, and was used as a standard circulation coin in the German States. Despite its small size and relatively low value, the coin is now considered a rare and valuable collector's item, with some examples selling for thousands of dollars at auction.
