Interesting fact

The 1 Centésimo coin from Panama was designed by artist Roberto H. Lopez, and it features a unique reverse design that showcases the country's rich cultural heritage. The coin's reverse side depicts a traditional Panamanian woman, known as a "Pollera," wearing a colorful dress and holding a basket of fruit. This design was meant to symbolize the country's rich cultural traditions and its strong connection to its indigenous roots.
