One interesting fact about the ½ Sovereign - Elizabeth II (4th portrait; modified reverse) 2009-2010 from United Kingdom is that it features a unique reverse design, which was modified from the traditional St. George and the Dragon design to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the accession of Henry VIII.
