Interesting fact

One interesting fact about the ½ Penny - George V (½ Penny ½) 1923-1926 from South Africa is that it was the first coin to feature the image of King George V, who was the reigning monarch at the time. This coin was also unique in that it was made of bronze, which was a departure from the traditional silver or gold used in previous coins. Additionally, the coin's weight of 5.67 grams was unusual for a coin of its denomination, which added to its distinctiveness.
