Called "gouden schild met de adelaar" in Dutch.The "old" gouden schild / ecu with an eagle shield (and its subdivisions of 1/2 and 1/4) were minted between 1348 and 1357.
In 1373 they were replaced by a new gouden schild / ecu with a lion on the shield.
