Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the Tetradrachm - Teleas (350 BC - 320 BC) from Knidos (Caria) is that it features a unique blend of Greek and Persian influences in its design. The coin's obverse side features a portrait of the Persian king, Artaxerxes III, while the reverse side depicts a Greek goddess, possibly Athena or Aphrodite, making it a rare example of cultural fusion in ancient coinage.
