Interesting fact
The obverse (front) side of the coin features a stylized image of a rider on horseback, with the horse's head turned back towards the rider, a design known as the "Katzenreiter" (German for "cat rider") type. This unique design was used by the Dacian tribes to symbolize their connection to the land and their nomadic lifestyle.
