Interesting fact

The Tetradrachm coin was used during the reign of Alexander the Great's father, King Philip II of Macedon. It was minted in the city of Pella, which was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Macedonia. The coin features an image of Alexander's father, King Philip II, on one side and a depiction of the goddess Athena on the other. This coin was used as a means of payment and trade throughout the kingdom and was also used to pay soldiers and mercenaries. It's interesting to note that the coin was made of silver, which was a valuable resource at the time and was used to symbolize the wealth and power of the Macedonian kingdom.
