Interesting fact
The Tetradrachm coin from Athens (Attica) was one of the first coins to feature a portrait of a deity. The obverse side of the coin features a profile of the goddess Athena, the patron deity of the city of Athens, while the reverse side features an owl, which was a symbol of wisdom and associated with Athena. This design was influential in the development of coinage in the ancient Greek world and beyond.
