Interesting fact
The Talar koronny coin was minted during the reign of King Jan II Kazimierz Waza of Poland, who ruled from 1648 to 1668. The coin features an image of the king on one side and the Polish coat of arms on the other. It's interesting to note that this coin was minted during a time of great turmoil in Poland, as the country was facing numerous challenges, including wars with neighboring countries and internal conflicts. Despite these challenges, the Talar koronny coin remained a stable and trusted form of currency, and it continued to be used for many years after its minting.
