Interesting fact
The obverse (front) side of the coin features a portrait of Polyxenos, while the reverse (back) side features a portrait of Eukolos. This is a unique feature of this coin, as it's not common to see two people depicted on opposite sides of a coin. Additionally, the fact that they are both depicted with laurel wreaths on their heads suggests that they were both considered important figures in Thessalian society.
