Interesting fact
The obverse (front) side of the coin features a depiction of Zeus, the king of the gods in ancient Greek mythology, sitting on a throne with an eagle perched on his right hand. This image was a common motif on ancient Greek coins, as Zeus was considered the supreme deity and a symbol of power and authority.
