Interesting fact

The Aegina Stater is considered one of the earliest coins in the ancient Greek world, and it's believed to have been minted around 456 BC. It features an image of a sea turtle on one side and an inscription on the other, which is thought to be the name of the mint official who issued the coin. Despite being over 2,000 years old, many Aegina Staters have been well-preserved and can still be found in collections and museums today.
