Comment

Talbot die group 7 (dies AA/45), focussed on eastern-Breckland.

Note the horse's stylised corn ear - the heraldic symbol of King Cunobelinus and his capital, Camulodunon.

Interesting fact

The Iceni tribe, who issued this coin, were a powerful and influential Celtic tribe that inhabited what is now East Anglia in the UK, particularly in the area that is now Norfolk and Suffolk. They were known for their skilled farming practices, their expertise in metalworking, and their fierce resistance to the Roman occupation of Britain. The Iceni were one of the few Celtic tribes to issue coins, and their coins are highly prized by collectors today.
