The Semis coin from the City of Ilici (Tarraconensis) was used during the Roman Republic and features a unique design. On one side, it depicts a bust of a Roman goddess, possibly Juno or Venus, while the other side shows a mythical creature called a "sphinx" - a creature with the body of a lion and the head of a woman. This coin is interesting not only because of its age and historical significance, but also because of its unique design, which showcases the artistic and cultural influences of the Roman Empire during that time.
