Comment

Large numbers of irregular issues occur in many forms from the crudely engraved to those with completely retrograde inscriptions.

Interesting fact

The Prutah coin from Judea, which was minted during the 2nd year of the Jewish Revolt against the Roman Empire (67-68 CE), features an image of a lyre on one side and an inscription in Hebrew on the other. The lyre was a symbol of Jewish culture and music, and its inclusion on the coin may have been a way to express the Jewish people's connection to their cultural heritage during a time of political and social upheaval.
