Interesting fact
The Litra coin from Lipara (Sicily) was used as a form of currency in ancient Greece and has a unique design. One side of the coin features the head of the Greek goddess Athena, while the other side features a dolphin, which was a symbol of the island of Lipara. This coin was minted during the reign of the tyrant Agathocles in the 4th century BC and is considered a rare and valuable collector's item today.
