Karyshkovskij p. 267, 25-40. SNG Stancomb -.
Extremely rare - around 10 known examples remaining. Karyshkovskij documented 15 examples of this coinage in his study, however six have since been stolen with other gold objects and melted. Seven of the remaining are in museums.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the Hemidrachm coin from Olbia (Skythia) is that it features a unique blend of Greek and Scythian influences in its design. The obverse side of the coin depicts a traditional Greek profile of a bearded man, while the reverse side features a Scythian-style horse and rider, highlighting the cultural exchange and fusion that occurred between the two civilizations during that time period.
