Imitation of the Merano adlergroschen (eagle groat) (see link).
According to Day et al. (MEC 12), the arms at the end of the reverse legend are those of Busio Buzzacarini of Padua who was podesta of Treviso.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the Grosso "Aquilino" coin is that it features an image of an eagle on the reverse side, which was a symbol of the city of Treviso and represented the city's power and authority.
