Very rare piece, part of the first pieces dated from Luxembourg. The corners were engraved in Brussels and the Luxembourg City mint took care of the striking. 32 of these gros were worth a gold florin (BV, p. 338 - 344).Large weight differences, the lightest item listed weighed 1.11 g. and the heaviest 1.77 g.
