Several types of groats were issued by Jean III, including the gros au chatel (castle), the gros compagnon (ranpant lion) and this one.Probably mint was Antwerp, based on similarities to deWitte #343
Interesting fact
The Groat "Quadrilobe" coin from the Duchy of Brabant (now part of Belgium) is interesting because it features a unique design element - a small quadrilobe, or four-lobed, shape at the center of the coin's reverse side. This design was used to help prevent counterfeiting and was a distinctive feature of coins from this region during that time period.
