Comment
The coin was issued when the Kingdom of Georgia was under the rule of Ilkhanate. As it seems there are two mint names on this coin. However there is big distance between Tbilisi and Soltaniyeh. There is a theory that authorities used same die in both cities. Here is another image of the coin and a reference from Ömer Diler's "Ilkhans: Coinage of the Persian Mongols" (coin number Ul-471):
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it was issued during the reign of Uljaytu Khan, also known as Muhammad Khodabandeh, who was the fifth Ilkhanid monarch and ruled from 1304 to 1316. He was known for his military campaigns and his efforts to promote trade and commerce within the Ilkhanate Empire. The coin itself is made of copper and weighs 3.6 grams, which was a common weight for coins of its time and place.
