According to Zeno probably the issuer would be `Uthmán Čelebí b. Muhammad (عثمان شلبي بن محمد), the ruler at Antalya in 1380-1391 / 781-793 h. & 1402-1423 / 805-826 h.
He belongs to Hamíd Oghullari-Hamidoğulları (بنو حميد) line in Antalya (أنطاليا), also known as Tekke Oghullari-Tekeoğulları (بنو تكة). His first reign was interrupted in 1391 / 793 h. when this principality was annexed by Ottomans for the first time, definitively in 1423 / 826 h.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique double-line hexagram design, which is not commonly found in other coins from the same era or region.
