NAPOLEON IV (1856-1879)Minted in Brussels.
Napoleon, the son of Emperor Napoleon III and Eugenie de Montijo, was born on March 16, 1856. In 1870, he followed his mother into exile in England. On the death of his father in 1873, he became the head of the imperial family. He underwent English military training and participated in the Zululand campaign, where he was killed on June 1, 1879.
