Interesting fact
The Ducat - Ksawery as Polish Prince (Drezno) 1766-1768 coin was minted during a time of great change in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The coin was issued during the reign of King Stanislaw August Poniatowski, who was the last king of Poland before the country was partitioned and disappeared from the map for over a century. The coin's design features Ksawery, a Polish prince, on one side, and the Polish eagle on the other. It was made of gold, which was a valuable and prestigious metal at the time. Despite the coin's historical significance, it is not widely known or celebrated today, and its value is mostly appreciated by collectors and historians.
