Interesting fact
The Drachm coin from Halikarnassos (Caria) was used as a form of currency in ancient Greece and has a unique design. One side of the coin features a portrait of a satyr, a mythical creature with human-like features and goat-like horns and ears. The other side of the coin depicts a lion's head, which was a common symbol of power and strength in ancient Greece. The coin's design and the materials used to make it were meant to convey the wealth and prestige of the city-state that issued it.
